The 17th National Anti-Corruption Conference, founded by the non-governmental organisation MANS (Network for the Promotion of the Non-Governmental Sector) and co-organised by the IRZ for many years, took place in Podgorica on the occasion of International Anti-Corruption Day. Both the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milokoje Spajic, and the newly appointed Minister of Justice, Bojan Božović, enriched the conference with their speeches to the Montenegrin parliamentarians, legal practitioners and academics, but also to representatives of the media, other NGOs and European embassies.

On 9 and 10 December 2024, two German experts commissioned by the IRZ gave lectures on the topic of party financing and the confiscation of assets in German practice. The German experience in the field of anti-corruption met with great interest in the context of the comparative law exchange of experiences. In particular, the possibility of confiscating the proceeds of crime from others (Section 73b of the German Criminal Code) was the subject of many questions from the audience.
